Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Construction Supervisor with leadership skills and a results-oriented mindset to supervise daily activities, monitor project progress, and lead on-site work teams. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily activities at the construction site, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. Conduct periodic site visits to monitor project progress, identify deviations, and resolve on-site issues. Coordinate and lead the work team, assign tasks, and ensure availability of required resources. Requirements: Prior experience in construction site supervision (mandatory). Technical knowledge of construction practices and blueprint reading. Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal communication skills.
