




Job Summary: We are seeking a technician for elevator maintenance and customer service, ensuring quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and elevator emergency management. 2. Education - Tertiary, Technical or Professional Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrotechnical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields. Experience - Minimum 1 year of experience in similar or related positions. - Preferred experience with multinational companies, in the elevator industry and/or service sector. Knowledge - Preferred knowledge of various electronic technologies used in the elevator industry. - Basic English proficiency. Functions and Responsibilities - Provide customer service for maintenance and manage emergency calls (complaints) for equipment within the assigned area, ensuring compliance with the Company’s established quality and safety standards. - Execute minor repairs and T-orders (Customer Orders). - Report anomalies, required preventive or corrective maintenance tasks for equipment under their responsibility to their supervisor. - Submit paper-based or other format reports documenting route completion, as well as daily hour logs for payroll processing. - Provide support in resolving required technical elevator issues. - Comply generally with the Company’s EHS and quality guidelines. - Experience in elevator installation and modernization is highly desirable. #BuildWhatsNext . -Requirements- Minimum Education: Tertiary 1 year of experience Age: 18 years or older Knowledge: Electronics, Installations, Maintenance, Mechanics, Repairs Keywords: technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, technology, technologist
