Support tasks will be performed both onsite at our company and at our clients’ premises (covering CABA and Greater Buenos Aires). » Resolution of hardware technical incidents, including desktops, notebooks, printers, and active/passive network components » Resolution of software technical incidents, including Microsoft Windows operating system, office productivity suite, and antivirus software » Proficiency with remote desktop tools (RDP, TeamViewer, VNC, AnyDesk, etc.) » Repair and maintenance of inkjet and laser printers » Installation of data and electrical cabling » Component repair at the company’s laboratory Interpersonal Skills » Excellent appearance and customer interaction » Service-oriented mindset » Proactivity » Problem-solving capability Technical Skills Mandatory Requirements » Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems » PC component assembly and repair » LAN network configuration » Minimum one (1) year verifiable experience in similar positions » Valid driver’s license with at least one (1) year of validity Desired Requirements » Experience in data and electrical cabling » Inkjet and laser printer repair » Microsoft certifications (MCITP, MCTS, MCSA), Cisco certifications (CCNA), or equivalent » Residence within C.A.B.A. Work Location: Balvanera CABA – Province of Buenos Aires – Argentina.
