Job Summary: We are seeking an Import Analyst to manage purchase orders, coordinate shipments, and control documentation, ensuring compliance with suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage import purchase orders and coordinate shipments. 2. Ensure compliance with suppliers and international logistics companies. 3. Review invoices for logistics and customs expenses. For a leading Forestry-Industrial company, we are looking for an Import Analyst. Your responsibilities will include: *Manage import purchase orders from the moment they are sent to the supplier. *Ensure compliance with agreed terms with suppliers and international logistics service providers. *Coordinate shipments, optimizing courier, air freight, ocean freight, and land transportation until delivery. *Control shipping documentation. *Review invoices for logistics and customs service expenses. Requirements: *Advanced students or graduates with a Bachelor's degree in International Trade or related fields. *Experience in a similar position (3–5 years). *Advanced Excel skills, SAP knowledge, and intermediate English proficiency. Fixed-term contract for a period of 9 months. Hybrid work model (on-site and remote).
