Data Quality Management: Execute comprehensive reviews and corrections across the database to ensure consistency and accuracy standards. Digital Change Management: Contact customers to validate profiles and promote adoption of the Customer Portal, acting as a facilitator for self-service functions. Process Optimization: Identify recurring data issues and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support leaders to design best practices and technical documentation. Traceability and Reporting: Record each interaction and modification in detail to generate inputs that reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency. Promote and support creation of accounts on the Customer Portal during customer interactions, explaining key benefits and basic self-service functionalities. · WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE? Previous experience in Customer Support, Data Entry, Back Office, or similar operational roles. Experience interacting with customers via telephone and/or digital channels. Communication skills and customer orientation, with ability to explain benefits and Strong attention to detail and focus on data quality. Ability to consistently manage high-volume operational tasks.
