




Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented carpenter for the fabrication, assembly, and installation of interior furniture and wooden structures in motorhomes, combining workshop work with on-site installation. Advanced use of carpentry tools and materials. We are looking for a qualified, meticulous, and artisanal carpenter to join our motorhome conversion team. The primary responsibility will be the fabrication, assembly, and installation of interior furniture, claddings, and wooden structures (plywood, MDF, lightweight woods), strictly following technical drawings. This role combines workshop-based work with precise on-site installation inside vehicles. Responsibilities - Custom Furniture Fabrication: Build cabinets, kitchens, beds, trunks, drawers, and tables specifically designed to maximize space in motorhomes. - Interior Fit-out Installation: Clad walls and ceilings, install floating floors, and securely and durably fasten wooden structures to the vehicle body. - Blueprint Interpretation: Read technical schematics and transfer the design onto the vehicle prior to cutting and assembly. - Quality Finishing: Perform precise cuts, apply edge banding (using contact cement or an edge banding machine), and ensure clean joints, guaranteeing a professional and aesthetic finish. - Tool Operation: Operate workshop machinery (miter saw, table saw) and hand/electric tools (drills, jigsaws, routers) to high safety standards. - Problem Solving: Adapt furniture to irregularities and curved shapes of the vehicle body. Profile Requirements - Experience: Minimum 2–3 years as a carpenter, cabinetmaker, or interior installer (prior experience in RVs, camper conversions, or boats is highly valued). - Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with handheld power tools. Skill in cutting and machining lightweight plywood, MDF, and fine woods. Knowledge of motorhome-specific hardware (e.g., push-lock latches and hinges). - Competencies: Meticulous attention to detail and aesthetic finishing. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
