Job Summary: We are seeking Construction Workers to assist with building maintenance, follow instructions, prepare work areas and materials, and perform minor tasks while maintaining order and cleanliness. We are actively recruiting Construction Workers to join our team. Main Responsibilities: General assistance in building maintenance tasks. Following instructions provided by construction workers and supervisors. Assisting the work crew: loading, unloading, and transporting materials; preparing the work area; preparing preliminary site setups as instructed. Performing minor assigned tasks as instructed. Complying with occupational safety responsibilities and regulations. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. Collaborating on tasks to meet the work schedule. Monitoring materials and quantities on site. Requirements: Minimum verifiable experience of 2 years on construction sites (mandatory). Basic knowledge of masonry and use of hand tools (mandatory). Full-time availability, including overtime. Residence in the Northern Zone or nearby areas. Responsibility, punctuality, and strong willingness to work in a team. Skills and Competencies: Professional appearance and effective communication Ability to learn Orderliness and neatness Work Location: Northern Zone and project sites as required. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Employment Conditions: Indefinite-term contract.
