User training and guidance We are a software development company currently seeking individuals to join our Customer Service and Technical Support team. This position focuses on providing assistance to users of our ERP management system, supporting them in daily software usage, resolving technical queries, and delivering solutions to various operational issues. Responsibilities: * Customer support and assistance via telephone, email, and remote access. * Resolution of inquiries related to system functionality. * Identification and tracking of technical issues. * Basic user training and guidance on software usage. * Logging and tracking of reported cases. Mandatory Requirements: * Residence in Bahía Blanca city or surrounding areas (e.g., Punta Alta, Cerri, Pigüe). * Personal computer. * Basic computer literacy and PC operation skills. * Proficiency with computer tools (e.g., Excel). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Problem-solving, organized, and customer-oriented profile.
