Job Description: **HR Soft Analyst – Novatium** At **Novatium**, we are looking for a **HR Soft Analyst** to join our team. We are seeking an analytical, proactive individual with excellent communication skills, capable of providing high-quality service to both internal and external clients. * **Main Responsibilities** * Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes: requirement gathering, job posting, pre-screening, interviews, and candidate presentations. * Publish job openings on employment portals and manage applications through Pandapé and LinkedIn. * Prepare clear, objective, and professional technical interview reports. * Conduct active sourcing to attract qualified IT talent. * Maintain smooth communication with candidates, leaders, and internal teams. * **Requirements** * Previous experience in IT recruitment. * Strong writing skills for preparing technical reports. * Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter or other recruiting platforms. * Proactive and organized profile with strong customer service orientation and commitment to continuous improvement. * Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. * **Working Hours** * Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. * **Location** \- Parque Patricios \- CABA.
