This position is aimed at young professionals or advanced engineering students wishing to develop expertise in technical project management, gaining hands-on experience in real construction and industrial environments. \- Main Responsibilities Assist in project planning, coordination, and monitoring. Collaborate with production, installation, and commercial departments to ensure objective achievement. Participate in technical site surveys and on-site visits. Interpret technical documentation and drawings (under supervision). Monitor project progress and report deviations. Provide basic technical support throughout various project stages. \- Requirements Advanced student or recent graduate in Engineering (Industrial, Electromechanical, Mechanical, or related fields). Proficiency in Excel. Basic knowledge of drawing interpretation (desirable). Proactive, organized profile with a strong learning orientation. Residence in the West Zone (Merlo or surrounding areas).
