We are currently hiring a **Sales \& Leasing Specialist** to support one of our clients—**a rapidly expanding U.S.\-based real estate investment firm that manages a diverse portfolio of residential communities across multiple states**. They are known for their high operational standards, strong systems, and commitment to creating an exceptional resident experience. **About the Role** ------------------ We’re looking for a **high\-energy, results\-driven Sales \& Leasing Specialist** who will serve as the first point of contact for every prospective resident interested in the client’s properties. This is a fast\-paced, fully remote role where **speed, warmth, and consistency** directly influence occupancy rates. Your mission: **Contact every new lead within one hour and convert interest into scheduled tours.** If you thrive in call\-heavy environments, enjoy winning people over, and love executing proven systems flawlessly, you’ll thrive here. **What You’ll Do** ------------------ ### **Speed to Lead** * Monitor the CRM throughout your shift for new leads across multiple properties. * Contact every new lead **within 60 minutes** via phone (primary) plus follow\-up outreach. * Make multiple strategic contact attempts until successful connection. ### **Tour Conversion \& Sales** * Build rapport quickly through warm, confident phone communication. * Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and match them with the right property. * Overcome objections professionally and confidently. * Schedule tours and confirm appointments—no missed opportunities. * Re\-engage prospects who are undecided or unresponsive. ### **️ CRM Management** * Accurately log all call activity, lead details, objections, and outcomes. * Update statuses and next steps for seamless coordination with the touring team. * Track your own performance metrics: speed to lead, contact rate, and conversions. ### **Accountability \& Optimization** * Own your daily/weekly call and tour\-booking goals. * Identify trends in objections or drop\-offs and suggest improvements. * Maintain high energy and quality standards—even during heavy volume. **What We’re Looking For** -------------------------- ### **Required** * **Exceptional phone presence** — confident, friendly, persuasive. * **Natural sales ability** — listens well, creates urgency, asks the right questions. * **Self\-starter** — moves fast without supervision; solves problems proactively. * **Highly organized** — juggles dozens of leads with pinpoint accuracy. * **Resilient** — handles rejection without losing momentum. * **Detail\-oriented** — understands that data accuracy \= team success. * **Comfortable with repetition** — thrives in a structured, call\-heavy environment. ### **Preferred** * 1–2\+ years in inside sales, appointment setting, leasing, or customer service. * Experience with CRMs like Yardi, Knock, Rent Manager, Salesforce, etc. * Proven history of hitting activity and conversion targets. * Experience working in remote, metrics\-driven environments. **What Success Looks Like** --------------------------- ### **In 30 Days** * Contacting **90%\+** of leads within 60 minutes. * Booking **15–20\+ tours per week**. * Zero missed follow\-ups with clean CRM documentation. ### **In 90 Days** * Becoming an expert in objection handling and conversion. * Consistently hitting or exceeding monthly tour goals. * Proactively suggesting process improvements based on insights. **Work Environment** -------------------- * **Fully remote** — dedicated quiet workspace \+ reliable internet required. * **High call volume** — expect **40–80\+ calls daily**, depending on lead flow. * **Metrics\-driven culture** — evaluated on both activity and outcomes. * **Fixed core working hours** to match lead flow and scheduling needs. **Why This Role Matters** ------------------------- You are the engine behind occupancy success.
