Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Administrator to manage documentation, inventory, and transportation coordination, ensuring operational efficiency and shipment tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to join a growing company offering job stability For a company dedicated to furniture commercialization Main Responsibilities: - Documentation and Invoicing: Issuing delivery notes and managing documentation. - Inventory Management: Monitoring merchandise inflows and outflows via computerized systems, ensuring physical stock matches system records. - Transportation Coordination: Preparing route sheets, labels, and scheduling loading and distribution with operators and drivers. - Customer Service and Tracking: Tracing shipments, notifying customers, and handling potential operational incidents. - Collaborating with the team to ensure delivery efficiency and contribute to the smooth operation of the company’s logistics function. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Logistics Administrator of no less than 2 years. (Mandatory). - Intermediate-level Excel knowledge. (Mandatory). - Familiarity with Sotfland management systems. (Not mandatory). . Ability to work in a team, with strong commitment and in a dynamic environment. - Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to 5 PM. (Mandatory). - Residency in El Talar or nearby areas. .(Mandatory). Offered Conditions: - Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to 5 PM. - On-site work mode. - Work location: El Talar, Buenos Aires.
