




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to comprehensively manage work orders, inventory, and personnel, coordinating repairs, maintenance, and supplies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of work orders and maintenance planning. 2. Spare parts inventory control and procurement coordination. 3. Operational staff administration and technical documentation management. - Work Order Management and Planning: *Receive, register, and prioritize repair and maintenance requests. *Act as the liaison between maintenance technical staff and other company departments. *Develop activity schedules. *Reschedule activities during emergencies to minimize downtime. *Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers for specialized services. -Inventory and Procurement Management: *Monitor stock levels of spare parts, tools, and safety materials. *Manage supply procurement and coordinate with external suppliers. *Maintain up-to-date equipment inventory records and their histories. *Staff and Documentation Administration: *Coordinate operational staff schedules and activities. *Organize technical documentation (e.g., blueprints). *Record compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Requirements: Reside in the Southern Greater Buenos Aires area. Minimum 3 years of prior experience in roles with similar responsibilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
