Coordinate schedules and manage daily operations A major cinema chain is hiring a supervisor for its complex located in Avellaneda. The position's objective is to guide, assist, coordinate, and evaluate the assigned work team, and to manage resources to achieve optimal sector operation. We seek a service-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills and prior experience in similar roles within retail, gastronomy, and/or entertainment companies. Main responsibilities include: Providing staff with the necessary tools for optimal operation. Verifying and monitoring the sector’s proper functioning. Coordinating staff schedules while anticipating operational needs. Listening to and conveying suggestions, complaints, and concerns from both staff and customers. Administrative tasks related to daily operations. Operational opening and closing of the complex. Inventory and waste control of merchandise. Requirements: completed secondary education, proficiency in computer tools, and flexible availability. Work schedule: Monday through Sunday, with two rotating days off per week and rotating shifts (Morning – Afternoon – Night). Work location: Sarandí - Avellaneda (South Greater Buenos Aires).
