In this position, you will plan and execute assessment and control activities to ensure security in related infrastructure applications and services, as well as regulatory compliance in the areas of the organization within your scope. You will ensure that the level of compliance of IT/OT and technology services is in line with the legal regulations required by AES. **Main responsibilities:** * Plan and execute activities to ensure that the IT/OT and technology compliance controls defined for each of the businesses/plants are effective and fully aligned with the corresponding legal frameworks. * Maintain policies, standards, norms, and procedures to ensure demonstrable regulatory and legal control. * Control and carry out monitoring activities, including obtaining and maintaining adequate records and evidence. * Coordinate risk and compliance audits, review the results of the audit process, and ensure the closure of compliance findings. * Develop, implement, and update the risk register for businesses affected by the reviews. * Maintain close contact and relationships with areas related to compliance activities (auditors, regulatory entities, business areas). **Knowledge, skills, and experience**: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related fields. * More than two years of experience in risk management and compliance activities. * Upper intermediate/advanced English required. * Ability to understand potential IT/OT risks and legal and compliance implications. * Good knowledge of IT/OT risk areas, including those specific to the regulatory industry, such as SOX, ISO 27001, OT Cybersecurity guidelines, best practices for ICS. * Good level of knowledge of security control mechanisms for cloud and on\-premise applications and infrastructures. * Oral and written communication skills, follow\-up activities, and organizational skills will be essential for performing this role. * Experience in compliance activities and OT controls will be valued. **Mejoramos la vida de más de 10\+ millones de personas a través de la entrega segura y confiable de energía.
