**Important Information** Location: Peru, Colombia, Argentina or Costa Rica Work Mode: Remote **Job Summary** As a **Senior Database Administrator \- DBA Oracle (17916\)**, you will be responsible for managing, migrating, and optimizing mission\-critical databases. You will work directly with international clients, so advanced English proficiency is essential. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational continuity, data security, and performance in large\-scale database environments, particularly Oracle 19c on RedHat Linux. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle customer requests and unplanned work related to database operations. * Perform database migrations to **Oracle Autonomous Database**. * Implement and configure **Oracle GoldenGate** for data replication. * Design, test, and deploy **Business Continuity** and **Disaster Recovery (DR)** plans. * Execute large\-scale data migrations (up to 30TB) using efficient techniques. **Qualifications and Skills** * **Advanced/Fluent English** (spoken and written). * More than 5 years of experience as DBA * Proven experience with large\-scale data migrations (\~30TB). * Strong expertise in **Oracle GoldenGate** setup and configuration. * Hands\-on experience with **Oracle 19c** on **RedHat Linux**. * Familiarity with **Microsoft Azure** cloud environments. * Experience with **Oracle DataGuard** for high availability and disaster recovery. **About Encora** Encora is a global company that offers Software and Digital Engineering solutions.
