The department provides support to the US Lubes Organization all along the planning value chain. AMR LVC Component Planner: Component or raw material planners are responsible for creating short term raw material replenishment plans. Their focus is on short\-term sales \& operations execution or sales \& operations planning creating and overseeing tactical supply plans that balance material demand, inventory position, capacity constraints and service level requirements within value chain/geographical area. Office based \- BA, Torre Boston **What role you will play in our team** --------------------------------------- * Work with personnel across supply chain, manufacturing, 3rd party providers etc to operate monthly supply/demand processes. * Translate supply/demand plans into optimized production run or replenishment plans. * Incorporate activities such as promotions, plant maintenance, system upgrades or production outages into production/replenishment plans. * Resolve/escalate production/replenishment issues, working with manufacturing technical or logstics providers as appropriate. * Support network inventory build, run\-down and product change\-over (phase in/ phase out) according to the product line change management process. * Lead or assist in generation of dead stock / slow moving / excessive imported inventory disposal and redeployment plan. * Resolve / minimize impact of product shortages via zone or regional deployment and/or production expedition etc. **About You** ------------- * Engineer degree * Functional skills: Analytical; Data Analytics; Supply Chain; Planning; Inventory Management * Behavioural skills: Communication; Collaboration; Proactivity; Sense of urgency **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------------------- * Tableau; Power BI; SAP * Experienced in manufacturing operations/logistics (0\-5 years experience) **Your benefits** ----------------- **An ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
