Meet up with colleagues and friends over cocktails at Pony Line and dry\-aged steaks at Elena, or enjoy a local tradition – Sunday barbecue – in our secret garden. **Funciones:** * Será responsable por realizar tareas de supervisión del turno y personal, (asignación de tareas y mantenimiento de Calidad en Habitaciones y Áreas Públicas). * Supervisará el entrenamiento del staff y monitoreará el cumplimiento de los estándares del Sector (calidad, servicio, productividad y eficiencia). * Supervisará inventarios y calidad en la recepción de lavandería y tintorería externa. * Realizará tareas administrativas relacionadas al departamento. * Deberá apoyar al equipo a cargo en las tareas operativas que se requieran. * Brindará colaboración en la realización de reuniones mensuales del equipo. Requisitos : * Excelente capacidad de liderazgo y coordinación de Personal. * Graduado o estudiante avanzado en Hotelería y/o carreras afines. * Experiencia en posiciones similares o de supervisión de por lo menos dos años. * Inglés Avanzado (oral y escrito). * Disponibilidad horaria para trabajar en los diferentes turnos. * Vocación de Servicio.
