Apoya todas las actividades de estudios clínicos y posteriores a la comercialización.\n### **Acerca del puesto**\n\nPrincipales responsabilidades \n\n \n\n\\~ Apoyar la gestión de procesos operativos para garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos globales/locales de Novartis, y de las regulaciones/normas/guías nacionales e internacionales sobre farmacovigilancia para productos comercializados y en investigación de Novartis\n \n\n\\~ Gestionar la recopilación, procesamiento, documentación, notificación y seguimiento de todos los informes de eventos adversos (AE) para todos los productos de Novartis provenientes de estudios clínicos, estudios postcomercialización (PMS), programas orientados al paciente (POP), registros y todos los informes espontáneos (SR).\n \n\n\\~ Transcribir, traducir (si es necesario) e ingresar con precisión y coherencia datos de todos los eventos adversos graves (de estudios clínicos) y todos los eventos adversos (de POPs, PMS, registros y todos los SRs) desde documentos fuente en sistemas de seguridad, haciendo hincapié en puntualidad y calidad.\n \n\n\\~ Registrar y hacer seguimiento de evidencias, presentaciones y distribuciones de documentos como SAEs, SRs, notificaciones a investigadores, etc., en colaboración con otras áreas\n \n\n\\~ Gestionar la notificación/envío/distribución de informes de seguridad/actualizaciones/información a autoridades sanitarias locales y/u operaciones clínicas, en colaboración con otros departamentos.\n \n\n\\~ Colaborar con otros empleados de PV locales/globales para garantizar una evaluación precisa de los datos de seguridad.\n \n\n\\~ Interactuar e intercambiar información relevante sobre seguridad con LHA, empleados de PV, otros grupos funcionales y, cuando sea necesario, terceros proveedores.\n \n\n\\~ Recopilar y monitorear regulaciones de farmacovigilancia globales/regionales/nacionales (según corresponda) y proporcionar actualizaciones a la organización global de PVO.\n \n\n\\~ Desarrollar, actualizar e implementar procedimientos locales para garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos globales de PVO y los requisitos nacionales.\n \n\n\\~ Gestionar y mantener todas las bases de datos relevantes de PVO asignadas, si corresponde.\n \n\n\\~ Desarrollar y actualizar materiales de formación en farmacovigilancia\n \n\n\\~ Garantizar el soporte y desatasco de auditorías, actividades del plan de acciones correctivas y preventivas, e inspecciones de autoridades sanitarias.\n \n\n\\~ Proporcionar información oportuna y relevante a coordinadores de ensayos, agencias calificadoras y otros empleados de Novartis\n \n\n\\~ Distribución de muestras promocionales (si corresponde) \n\n \n\nIndicadores Clave de Rendimiento \n\n \n\nSupervisa y audita el programa de monitoreo de la empresa para medicamentos, productos biológicos o dispositivos médicos, incluyendo la recepción, evaluación, procesamiento y seguimiento de informes de eventos adversos. Participa en la resolución de cualquier responsabilidad legal y en el cumplimiento de las regulaciones gubernamentales. Garantiza una recepción precisa, mantenimiento y evaluación según la etiquetación del producto. Informa sobre eventos o reacciones según lo requieran las autoridades regulatorias, incluyendo datos de eventos adversos provenientes de estudios clínicos, fuentes espontáneas o solicitadas, informes periódicos e informes de experiencia. Puede facilitar la detección y evaluación de tendencias y señales de seguridad.
