Como RTE, serás el motor de nuestro Agile Release Train (ART), facilitando eventos clave, promoviendo la mejora continua y asegurando la alineación entre equipos, líderes y objetivos estratégicos. Responsabilidades del rol: * Liderar eventos de Program Increment (PI), como PI Planning, System Demos e Inspect \& Adapt. * Coordinar sincronizaciones entre equipos y gestionar riesgos, dependencias e impedimentos. * Ser referente y coach para Scrum Masters y líderes ágiles. * Comunicar avances y métricas de desempeño a stakeholders clave. * Optimizar el flujo de valor desde la ideación hasta el release. Requisitos: * \+5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software. * Ingles avanzado (excluyente) * 2\-3 años como RTE, VSE o Scrum Master en entornos SAFe o Agile escalado. * Experiencia liderando PI Planning en ARTs grandes. * Conocimiento profundo de SAFe y herramientas como Jira Align, Rally, etc. * Excelentes habilidades de facilitación, liderazgo servicial y comunicación.
