Brands and services that are relevant to those who use them and recognized for our commitment to leading regenerative businesses. **Role Type** Permanent **What will you be doing here?** Analista Pleno de Flota **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** **La posición tendrá a su cargo principalmente la gestión administrativa de la flota Natura asegurando la correcta ejecución de los procesos así como también la implementación de mejoras y acciones con impacto en la experiencia del colaborador.** **Principales responsabilidades:** * **Administración y control integral de la flota.** * **Seguimiento de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las unidades.** * **Seguimiento de proveedores, talleres y servicios externos.** * **Control de documentación vehicular, vencimientos, habilitaciones, seguros y patentes.** * **Seguimiento y gestión de siniestros, multas e incidencias operativas.** * **Actualización y análisis de bases de datos e indicadores de gestión.** * **Elaboración de reportes operativos, contables y tableros de control.** * **Gestión y control de órdenes de compra, presupuestos y facturación vinculada al área.** * **Contacto y soporte a colaboradores.** **Requisitos:** * **Manejo intermedio/avanzado de Excel y Google Sheets (deseable)** * **Proactividad para incorporar nuevas tecnologías e innovaciones** * **Capacidad analítica y orientación al detalle.** * **Perfil organizado, proactivo y resolutivo.** * **Buen manejo de relaciones interpersonales y trabajo en equipo.** * **Registro de conducir (deseable)** \#LI\-RL1 **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well\-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
