Interacción Humano-Computadora (HCI) o campo relacionado (o experiencia equivalente).\n \n \n\n**Experiencia:** \n\n8 o más años de experiencia en diseño UX/UI, con un portafolio sólido que muestre aplicaciones web y móviles.\n \nPortafolio sólido que demuestre trabajos completos de diseño en plataformas web y móvil\n \nDominio de herramientas de diseño como Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD o InVision.\n \nExperiencia en investigación con usuarios, pruebas de usabilidad y diseño basado en datos.\n \nConocimientos sólidos de sistemas de diseño, diseño adaptable y accesibilidad (WCAG).\n \nFamiliaridad con metodologías ágiles y herramientas de colaboración (Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.).\n \nExcelentes habilidades de comunicación y narración.\n \nCapacidad para influir y colaborar entre
