How will you make an impact? Within this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in managing and optimizing our product assortment, supporting both commercial and supply chain teams. You’ll ensure the smooth coordination of product\-related processes, maintain high standards of data accuracy, and help drive the success of key projects and departmental goals. Some of your key responsibilities will include * Implementing optimization initiatives for your product assortment and managing stock availability * Acting as the first point of contact between Supply Chain and Commercial teams, ensuring effective day\-to\-day coordination. * Supporting the implementation and maintenance of product master data in SAP, CRM, and related systems. * Driving regular meetings with both Supply Chain and Commercial teams to align on assortment strategy and project delivery. * Supporting cross\-functional collaboration with Quality, Legal, Planning, and other key stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational excellence. What will make you successful? The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Business, Dairy/Food Science, or a related field. You will bring 0–2 years of experience in an FMCG or B2B environment, with a strong understanding of product and supply chain processes. Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive, flexible approach are essential. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office is required, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
