Our innovative hubs offer opportunities to work on challenging projects, contribute to client engagements, and grow through digitally enabled training. As part of the Talent and Development team, you’ll help coordinate interviews and support recruitment efforts across multiple time zones, while developing your professional and technical skills. Qualifications : * Bachelor's Degree preferred in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration. * 2 year of experience * Oral and written proficiency in English is required * Work Modality: Hybrid * Location: Buenos Aires * Offices: Olivos / Barracas * Schedule: Full\-time Responsibilities : * Develop and execute innovative candidate search strategies, utilizing market intelligence. * Talent mapping, and digital tools. Identify and contact passive talent in the external market, focusing on current vacancies and future talent needs.
