The company has already refinanced over $6B in loans and is expanding its fully remote engineering team across LATAM. **Tech Stack:** Kotlin (primary), Java/JVM languages, PostgreSQL, AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, service\-oriented and event\-driven architecture. **What You’ll Do:** * Own features end\-to\-end: architecture, development, testing, deployment. * Build and scale APIs powering core products. * Improve system performance, reliability, and engineering practices. * Write clean, well\-tested code and enhance CI/CD pipelines. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams in a remote\-first culture. * Mentor teammates and participate in on\-call rotations. **What They’re Looking For** * 8\+ years in software engineering and 3\+ years of production Kotlin. * Strong JVM background and functional programming concepts. * Experience with distributed systems and scalable APIs. * Hands\-on AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. * Proficiency with PostgreSQL and data\-driven decision\-making. * Excellent communication skills and fluent English. * Low\-ego, ownership\-driven, collaborative mindset. **Company Environment** React/Next.js and ClojureScript on the frontend; Clojure on the backend; PostgreSQL; AWS; Kubernetes; and serverless, event\-driven architecture.
