Colaboración continua con equipos de IT, seguridad y riesgo **Line of Service** Advisory **Industry/Sector** Not Applicable **Specialism** IFS \- Information Technology (IT) **Management Level** Manager **Job Description \& Summary** **Responsabilidades*** Ejecutar pruebas de controles de IT y calidad (diseño y efectividad operativa) para asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares establecidos. * Preparar a los equipos para auditorías internas y externas, asegurando que la evidencia esté completa, validada y correctamente organizada. * Monitorear, documentar y dar seguimiento a gaps, deficiencias y hallazgos hasta su remediación y cierre. * Mantener reportes y dashboards de cumplimiento actualizados para stakeholders clave. * Colaborar de forma continua con equipos de IT, seguridad, riesgo y auditoría, brindando soporte y respondiendo consultas de compliance. **Requisitos*** Entre **2 y 4 años de experiencia** en compliance, IT audit, ITGC testing, QMS testing o gestión de riesgos. * Experiencia comprobable en **control testing end\-to\-end** (diseño y efectividad operativa). * Conocimiento en **gestión de evidencia y preparación para auditorías** . * Habilidad para comunicarse de manera clara con equipos cross\-funcionales y explicar requerimientos de control. * Familiaridad con **frameworks de control y compliance** (ej. ITGC, ISO, SOC).
