**Lead Setter (Remote – LATAM)** ================================ **Full\-Time \| Remote from Latin America** **Schedule:** Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM ET \+ Saturdays (half\-day shifts) **Compensation:** $1,500 USD/month base \+ $200 USD performance bonus **About the Client** -------------------- Latino Legends is hiring on behalf of a well\-established U.S.\-based home renovation company specializing in high\-quality bathroom remodeling projects. They operate in a fast\-paced, lead\-driven environment and rely heavily on their Lead Setters to ensure every prospective customer receives immediate, attentive, and high\-touch communication. Their team is known for professionalism, responsiveness, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from the very first point of contact. **About the Role** ================== We are searching for a motivated and detail\-oriented **Lead Setter** to be the first connection between prospective customers and the company’s sales team. You will handle outbound and inbound customer communications, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments that meet the company’s criteria. This role requires excellent communication skills, fast learning, strong multitasking, and confidence navigating CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hatch, and RingCentral. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring customers have a seamless experience while helping the sales team maintain a full and qualified appointment pipeline. **Key Responsibilities** ======================== ### **1\. Outbound Calls (Salesforce Call Queue)** * Make outbound calls to prospects listed in Salesforce. * Understand each prospect’s project needs and determine qualification status. * Schedule appointments for qualified customers according to available time blocks. ### **2\. Inbound Calls** * Answer incoming calls from organic prospects. * Assist callers, gather project details, and determine qualification for appointments. ### **3\. Hatch System Management (Speed to Lead)** * Respond quickly to leads requesting text communication. * Contact all Speed to Lead prospects immediately and attempt to schedule a call. * Follow up persistently until the lead is either scheduled or disqualified. ### **4\. Web \& Email Leads** * Make outbound calls to customers who contact the company via email. * Check and manage leads from: + The national website + Netsertive + Answering service * Ensure all web leads are contacted promptly and consistently. ### **5\. Pre\-Call Preparation** Before making each outbound call, verify: a. **Lead Zone:** Confirm the zone (1, 2, or 3\) using the prospect’s zip code. b. **Available Time Blocks:** Identify open appointment slots. c. **Property Ownership:** Check the relevant county appraisal website to ensure the prospect’s name matches the property owner or co\-owner. ### **6\. Lead Closure Process** Close each lead by: * **Scheduling a qualified appointment**, or * **Disqualifying the lead** in Salesforce and partner platforms, or * **Assigning a Re\-Call** option in Salesforce where applicable. **Requirements** ================ * Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills. * Ability to quickly learn and navigate systems such as Salesforce, Hatch, and RingCentral. * Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. * Comfortable making high volumes of calls daily. * Reliable, professional, and team\-oriented mindset. * Experience in appointment setting, sales support, or call center roles. **Compensation \& Schedule** ============================ * **Base Salary:** $1,500 USD/month * **Performance Bonus:** $200 USD/month for meeting KPIs * **Hours:** + **Monday–Friday:** 9 AM–6 PM ET + **Saturday:** 9 AM–1 PM *or* 1 PM–5 PM (half\-day rotating shifts)
