**Job Description** **TRACK** es un programa global de alto desempeño diseñado por **General Motors** con el objetivo de atraer a los mejores talentos para integrar la próxima generación de líderes de la compañía. Cuando postulás a TRACK ingresás a una vía rápida de desarrollo profesional que te da la oportunidad de tener experiencia práctica en asignaciones complejas, enfrentar desafíos interfuncionales, recibir capacitación y coaching directo de líderes de la organización, y estar en una posición de alta exposición al área y al negocio, tanto local como regional. Esta asignación TRACK es específicamente para el área de **Finanzas** en Argentina. El programa tiene una duración de 3 años e incluye rotaciones anuales. En cada rotación se asigna un proyecto de creciente dificultad.
