Must Have  3\+ years software engineering, 2\+ years in blockchain/web3  Strong experience with Solana (SVM) or EVM — ideally both  Hands\-on with SPL tokens, ERC\-20, token delegation, and on\-chain transaction construction  Experience integrating MPC custody platforms (signing APIs, policy engines, key management)  Proficiency in TypeScript / Node.js and modern React frameworks (Next.js preferred)  Strong security awareness — key management, auth, rate limiting Nice to Have  Experience with Token\-2022 (Solana) or advanced token standards  Embedded wallet SDK integration (e.g., Dynamic, Web3Auth, Privy)  AWS serverless deployment (Amplify, Lambda)  Automated testing (unit \+ E2E)
