ExxonMobil at our Global Business Center (GBC) in Buenos Aires, with more than 20 years of presence in the country and a workforce of more than 2500 employees, that provides support to an extensive portfolio of businesses across the globe. **What role you will play in our team**

* The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver detailed analysis of our market research studies to the Focus Markets. This analysis should lead to actionable findings and take into account multiple sources to triangulate conclusions.
* Location: (Torre Boston), Retiro, Buenos Aires.
**What you will do**
--------------------
* Utilize key research data, tools, and analysis of research studies, as defined by the Global Insights and Market Intelligence (IMI) Manager and SMO Supervisor. Examples of these studies are: Brand Value Creator (BVC), Sell\-out Data (e.g., GFK, Nielsen), Channel Satisfaction
* Engage with MBU IMI Advisors to provide data and intelligence for 1YSMP, 3YMP, MOP, BCX Council and other strategic deliverables/forums
* Work with research suppliers and other third parties to ensure research questionnaires are kept up to date, can answer changing Business questions; that reports are delivered on time and meet our expectations for thoroughness and quality
* Deliver insightful and actionable reports and presentations, leveraging an ecosystem of data married with deep research, marketing and external market knowledge, coordinated through IMI Advisors
* Achieve outcomes within budget and on deadline
* Earn the support of the in\-country IMI Advisor and MBU stakeholders, by delivering high\-quality outputs
* Coordinate with other SMO Analysts and Supervisor to deliver a consistent output and quality across the GBU
* Drive cost and timing efficiencies in tools/processes
**About you**

**Required Knowledge/ skills/ experience**
* Marketing and strategy (focus on market research and data analysis skills)
* Graduated in Marketing, Bussiness Admin, Sociology, Economy, or any other Social Sciences
* Analytical skills (business performance assessment, analytics, consumer insights, etc.)
* Effective communication and language skills, where neeeded
* Business acumen
* Project management and collaboration skills
* Influencing skills without direct authority
**Preferred Qualifications/ Experience**
* Data analytics, proficiency in Alteryx and SQL preferred.
* Analtycs \& Communication Skills
* Proficiency in applying data analysis tools and methodologies to generate actionable insights.
* Demonstrated ability to address complex challenges through effective use of data and to convey recommendations in a clear, compelling manner that drives stakeholder alignment.
* Business acumen and storytelling. Ability to connect analysis to business impact; craft concise, executive‑level narratives; and influence decisions across functions
* Bias to action. Comfortable operating in ambiguity, prioritizing ruthlessly, and shipping insights quickly with clear trade‑offs and follow‑ups
