**Company:** Skinny Coffee SuperBoost**Location:** Remote (Work\-from\-Home) **About the Role** We’re looking for a **bilingual (English/Spanish)** **Customer Service \& Sales Representative** to join our growing team! This is a **part\-time remote position** for someone with great communication skills, sales confidence, and a positive, energetic attitude. You’ll work **weekends** (**Saturdays \& Sundays, 10:30 AM–1:30 PM and 6:00–8:00 PM EST**) and **three flexible weekdays (3 hours/day)**. If you’re fluent in English and Spanish, enjoy helping customers, and love closing sales, this could be the perfect fit for you. **Responsibilities** * Communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email in **both English and Spanish** * Provide friendly, solution\-oriented support and help resolve questions quickly * Follow up on warm leads, conduct sales calls, and close deals * Present products persuasively and overcome objections with confidence * Build long\-term customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases **Requirements** * **Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)** – *mandatory requirement* * Proven experience in **sales and customer service** (preferably in e\-commerce or DTC) * **Stable internet connection**, reliable computer, webcam, and headset * Ability to work in a **quiet, distraction\-free environment** * Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills * Availability on weekends and 3 flexible weekdays **Compensation** **$700 USD/month base pay \+ commissions on sales** Performance bonuses available for top performers. **How to Apply (Read Carefully)** We will not consider applications that only include a CV.
