Develops business solutions and strategies. **About the Role:** * Focuses on building and maintaining commercial relationships with TD SYNNEX’s assigned suppliers to achieve optimal financial performance. * Among our suppliers’ technologies, HPE Hybrid IT is Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s integrated portfolio for building and managing hybrid and on-premises infrastructure. It combines compute, storage, networking, and management tools — in traditional and as-a-service models — to modernize data centers and support workloads across private and hybrid clouds. **What You’ll Do:** * Manages the supplier’s business plan and implementation process across the entire TD SYNNEX organization, leveraging the supplier’s strengths and resources on its behalf. * Communicates the supplier’s strategies and benefits to the TD SYNNEX organization. * Is responsible for incremental funding proposals at the supplier level. * Aligns the supplier’s objectives and goals with those of TD SYNNEX to ensure positive, mutual outcomes. * Defines, monitors, and recommends plans for the supplier–TD SYNNEX commercial relationship at tactical and strategic levels. * Implements business development strategies to increase market share. * Supports cross-functional communication with TD SYNNEX product groups in price negotiations and market intelligence. * Acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the assigned supplier’s technology and programs. * Manages activities and programs designed to enhance the supplier’s pro forma performance to meet TD SYNNEX’s financial objectives. * Conducts analysis and reporting on the impact of various supplier programs. * Manages pipeline forecasting requirements and rebate/incentive projections. **What We’re Looking For:** **Education and/or Experience:** * One (1\) to three (3\) years of related experience. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience enabling acquisition of comparable knowledge and skills for the role. **Position Level Specifications:** * Strong understanding of principles, theories, and concepts within their professional specialization area. * Competent in all functions of the role and possesses a general understanding of industry practices, techniques, and standards. * Develops solutions to a variety of problems and works on projects requiring evaluation and analysis. May refer to policies, practices, and precedents for guidance but determines the best course of action to achieve results. * Work is performed independently, requiring judgment and discretion. * May receive limited guidance for new assignments. Work may be reviewed for general suitability. * Interacts with management and professionals within the department and across other parts of the organization. May represent the department externally on projects or with clients. * Their actions impact departmental success and occasionally organizational success.
