We are looking for a Senior GenAI Engineer to design, build, and operationalize agentic AI solutions on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore for a contact center transformation initiative. The consultant will implement multi\-agent workflows, develop LLM\-powered conversational experiences, and integrate with Amazon Connect.
**Responsibilities**
* Design and implement multi\-agent workflows on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore to orchestrate complex, automated business processes
* Build agentic AI solutions incorporating tool use, memory management, and orchestration patterns to enable autonomous, context\-aware agent behavior
* Develop prompt engineering strategies and context assembly techniques optimized for production\-grade workloads
* Integrate agentic AI capabilities with Amazon Connect contact center flows to enhance customer interaction automation
* Implement LLM\-powered applications leveraging Amazon Bedrock foundation models to deliver scalable generative AI capabilities
* Build RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation) pipelines and knowledge base integrations to ground model outputs in accurate, up\-to\-date information
* Design and deploy conversational AI experiences for customer\-facing channels, ensuring natural and effective user interactions
* Implement guardrails, safety controls, and compliance measures to ensure responsible and secure AI deployment
* Deploy solutions using AWS serverless services, including Lambda, Step Functions, and API Gateway, to build scalable and cost\-efficient architectures
* Build evaluation pipelines to continuously assess model and prompt quality and ensure production readiness
* Instrument observability tooling and optimize solutions for cost and latency in production environments
* Collaborate with customer stakeholders to gather requirements, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions throughout the project lifecycle
**Requirements**
* A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering roles
* Hands\-on experience with Amazon Bedrock for building and deploying generative AI applications
* Proven experience in generative AI/LLM application development, including designing prompts, integrating foundation models, and building production\-grade AI\-powered features
* Experience building agentic and multi\-agent workflows, enabling autonomous task execution, tool integration, and orchestration between multiple AI agents
* Strong proficiency in Python for developing ML/AI applications, including data processing, model integration, and API development
* Solid understanding of AWS serverless architecture, including services such as Lambda, Step Functions, and API Gateway, for building scalable and resilient cloud\-native solutions
* Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
**Nice to have**
* Experience with Amazon Connect integration for building and enhancing contact center automation and customer service workflows
* Familiarity with Bedrock AgentCore for developing and managing advanced multi\-agent orchestration and agentic AI solutions
* Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices for managing the full lifecycle of ML/AI models, including deployment, monitoring, versioning, and continuous improvement in production environments
