Develop and maintain data pipelines and optimize business applications We are looking for a Senior BI Analyst to join a digital transformation and data analytics team supporting business process digitalization and data\-driven decision making. The role will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining Business Intelligence solutions and business applications used by different business areas. **Responsibilities** * Gather requirements from business stakeholders to translate operational needs into effective data solutions * Design and build interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for various business areas * Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure reliable and timely availability of information * Build and optimize business applications that support process automation and improve operational efficiency * Ensure data accuracy and consistency by performing regular validation and quality checks * Work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand priorities and align on solution design * Document data structures, processes, and solution architecture to support maintainability and knowledge sharing * Identify opportunities to improve existing tools and processes, proposing enhancements to support ongoing digital transformation efforts **Requirements** * A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence or data analytics roles * Experience in data modeling to structure and organize data for effective analysis and reporting * Hands\-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse for managing and organizing business data * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for building dashboards and visualizing business insights * Experience with Power Automate for streamlining and automating business workflows * Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and process automation * Proficiency in SQL for querying, managing, and manipulating data * Strong written and spoken proficiency in English at a B1 level or higher **Nice to have** * Experience working within Agile methodologies to support iterative project delivery * Familiarity with Azure OpenAI Service for integrating AI\-driven capabilities into business solutions * Experience using GitHub for version control and collaborative development * Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform for cloud\-based data storage and processing * Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio for building AI\-powered assistants and applications * Experience with Microsoft Fabric for unified data analytics and management **We offer** * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000\+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award\-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
