**Responsibilities**
* Design and deliver Salesforce solutions
* Produce detailed technical designs to guide implementation
* Own Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration and customization
* Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration with other systems
**Requirements**
* Proven track record with 5\+ years of experience in Salesforce development
* Advanced proficiency in Salesforce with strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
* Hands\-on familiarity with Spec Kit and Claude Code
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team\-first mindset
* Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
* Professional English proficiency at B2\+ (Upper\-Intermediate) level
