Ensure implementation of the Six Service Standards **Ecolab Argentina** is seeking a **Technical Service Representative** to join the Nalco Water Light team, based in **South Zone \- GBA**. In this role, you will execute service plans for strategic accounts in the district, provide customers with assistance to resolve problems, and generate high levels of customer satisfaction. What will you do? * Deliver contractual service and customer support for problem resolution related to the Company’s products / applications / solutions. * Ensure implementation of the Six Service Standards across all customers. * Support district sales personnel in handling the Company’s service call program for existing products and services, and assist in corrective actions as appropriate. * Assess field issues on-site and operate required test equipment to restore systems to customer compliance. * Assist in preparing reports detailing technical issues and solutions to initiate necessary product corrective modifications and/or recommended process changes. Document value delivered to the customer whenever possible. * Provide installation resource services upon project request to meet customer needs.
