Ensure compliance with quality processes and safety standards. ### **Job Title** Field Service Engineer ### **Job Description** **Field Service Engineer:** As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing onsite and remote technical support to customers, ensuring the performance, reliability, and safety of Philips equipment. **Your role:** * Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, upgrades, repairs, and installations on Philips equipment. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established diagnostic tools and procedures. * Respond to customer escalations and technical concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution. * Maintain accurate and complete service documentation through ServiceMax and other Philips systems. * Submit service reports, worksheets, expense reports, and administrative documentation accurately and on time. * Ensure compliance with Philips quality processes, safety standards, and training requirements. **You're the right fit if:** * Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electronic, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field, with at least 4 years of experience supporting healthcare technologies in hospital or clinical environments. * Experience supporting diagnostic imaging equipment, preferably Digital X\-Ray (DXR), Image\-Guided Therapy (IGT), or related modalities. * Strong customer\-facing, troubleshooting, and problem\-solving skills, with a collaborative and service\-oriented mindset. * You have intermediate English skills, including the ability to read and understand technical manuals and service documentation. * You are available to travel within Argentina. * A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are preferred but not mandatory. * You are available to work an afternoon shift from **2:00 PM to 10:00 PM** . **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office\-based teams, this means working in\-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full\-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
