* At least 2 years dedicated to leading and overseeing teams
* Sophisticated SQL proficiency, spanning DDL, complex query development, and performance enhancement
* Experience administering Snowflake systems, including RBAC, warehouse oversight, resource monitor configuration, and security implementation
* Hands\-on data modeling expertise, including the ability to discuss medallion, dimensional, or vault frameworks and their comparative advantages
* Genuine production\-level experience with either dbt or Snowflake Streams \& Tasks, extending beyond introductory knowledge
* Working knowledge of CI/CD methodologies, including comfort navigating and modifying established pipelines; Terraform familiarity is advantageous, with a baseline understanding of its function expected at minimum
* Broad development experience in any coding language, be it Python, Java, or JavaScript, reflecting an engineering\-oriented approach rather than one limited to query writing
* Direct experience applying AI/LLM technologies within data\-focused contexts, with particular emphasis on Snowflake Cortex exposure
* Firm grasp of semantic modeling principles, quality assurance methodologies, and governance structures
* Confidence engaging directly with client\-side stakeholders, including architects and permanent employees, without depending on an intermediary team layer
