Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to organize, coordinate, and control warehouse operations, ensuring proper management of pharmaceuticals and medical products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and control of warehouse activities. 2. Ensuring inventory accuracy and product traceability. 3. Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Droguería Robles S.A. is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join its Operations and Logistics department. The position’s primary objective is to organize, coordinate, and control warehouse activities, guaranteeing the correct receipt, storage, preservation, preparation, and dispatch of pharmaceuticals and medical products. The role will also be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, product traceability, and compliance with internal procedures. Main Responsibilities Receiving and controlling goods. Verifying quantities, batches, expiration dates, documentation, and product condition. Entering goods into the management system. Controlling and archiving delivery notes, invoices, and warehouse documentation. Organizing, maintaining order, and cleaning the warehouse. Stock control and conducting periodic inventories. Monitoring inventory discrepancies and products nearing expiration. Preparing, controlling, packaging, and dispatching orders. Implementing the FEFO system: First Expired, First Out. Managing returns and segregating damaged, expired, or quarantined products. Complying with safety, hygiene, and good storage practice regulations. Requirements Completed secondary education. Experience in warehouses, logistics, storage, or inventory control. Experience in goods receiving, order preparation, and inventory execution. Proficiency in stock management systems. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of batch and expiration date control. Ability to perform operational and administrative tasks. Prior experience in pharmacies, laboratories, drugstores, medical product distributors, or healthcare-related companies will be highly valued.
