To continue positively impacting more people’s lives, we are looking to hire a **Laundry Operator** for **SMG Laundry**. **Your impact** Thousands of garments circulate daily to ensure proper patient care. In this role, you will transform every task into something that ensures items are available, organized, and ready when needed. **Responsibilities** * Scan garments upon receipt and before dispatch. * Collect bags of dirty laundry from floors at scheduled times. * Record delivery notes received from Laundry and those issued by the laundry department for transporting dirty laundry. * Count garments to ensure they are delivered in optimal condition. * Organize clothing on shelves by type and use (within the department). * Restock designated storage areas in clinical departments according to schedule. * Deliver requested supplies (white linen) prepared in advance by respective departments. * Transport clean clothing required for patient care using elevators at pre-scheduled and coordinated times. * Attend to and register staff requiring gowns, lab coats, or uniforms. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Proficiency in Excel and Outlook. * Experience in similar roles. **Benefits** Preferential access to Swiss Medical products and services (surety, home, auto, retirement, life, savings, and Swiss Medical Cells insurance).
