Operational coordination of the dining room and reservation management Job Description: We are looking for a proactive, leadership-oriented, and service-driven Head Waiter/Waitress to coordinate our dining room team during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an excellent experience for our customers and maintaining smooth operational flow in the restaurant. Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and motivate the waitstaff, servers, and dining room assistants during the night shift. Ensure the highest quality standards in customer service, promptly and professionally resolving inquiries or issues. Coordinate the dining room, manage guest reception, table assignments, and reservations. Serve as the liaison between the dining room and the kitchen/bar to ensure optimal delivery times. Supervise cleaning protocols, order, and dining room setup before, during, and after service. Monitor billing, perform shift cash reconciliations, and generate required reports. Participate in training and performance evaluations of assigned staff. Desired Profile: Proven experience leading teams in the gastronomic industry (mandatory). Outstanding communication, conflict resolution, and pressure-management skills. Availability to work nights, including weekends and holidays. Attention to detail and strong teamwork orientation.
