You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to address issues, implement enhancements, and optimize design to meet business requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth as you get to work with high quality team to support clients ensuring the stability of global 500 companies through best\-in\-class solutions, automation and innovation. **To qualify for the role, you must have:** * Bachelor’s degree in a related technology field (Computer Science, Engineering, Natural Sciences, etc.) or comparable professional experience. * 3\-7 years of experience required in one or more areas within SAP FICO, preferably with global clients. * Responsible for supporting SAP FICO module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. * Support incident resolution by analyzing incidents raised by users and providing solutions. * Work closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed\-up and addressed promptly. * Handle change requests with a clear understanding of new business requirements. * Understand business needs and deliver solutions to make processes more efficient and simpler whenever possible. * Cross\-functional communication skills; experience working in offshore/onsite delivery models. * Defect resolution and defect analysis related to FICO. * Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in time\-critical environments. * Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, cross\-functional team environment. * Flexibility in managing work hours due to the volatile nature of Application Management work, including ability to work shifts and be on call for critical business requirements. **Ideally, you’ll also have:** * In-depth knowledge of the FICO module (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Banking Accounting, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month\-End & Year\-End Close, Overhead Assessment and Settlement). * Experience with FI integration points with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, HR, PP, and PM. * SAP Certification in SAP FICO. **What you will do:** * Provide day\-to\-day Application Management support for SAP Applications across IT Service Management, including service requests, incident management, enhancement requests, change management, and problem management, as a Level 2 or Level 3 Application Management Specialist. * Lead and coordinate the resolution of complex technical issues and system outages, including root cause analysis and corrective action. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business needs, and provide advice on SAP FICO solutions and designs. * Develop and maintain documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and test scripts. * Mentor and train junior SAP FICO team members, sharing best practices and providing guidance on issue resolution and troubleshooting techniques. * Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and SAP best practices to drive operational efficiency through automation and innovation. * Participate in on\-call rotation and provide off\-hours support as needed to ensure the availability and reliability of critical SAP systems. * Be available to work shift hours depending on client requirements (Australia, Asia, Europe, and Americas time zones). **What we look for** * A team of people with commercial acumen, experience, and enthusiasm to learn new things in this fast\-moving environment. * An opportunity to be part of a market\-leading, multi\-disciplinary team of 250\+ professionals — the only integrated global transaction business worldwide. * Opportunities to work globally with EY Data practices and leading businesses across a range of industries. **What working at EY offers:** At EY, we’re dedicated to helping our clients — from startups to Fortune 500 companies — and the work we do with them is as varied as they are.
