Among these talents, we are looking for a **TECH LEAD / Power Platform**. *Specifically, we are looking for:* Experience in: * Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate, participating in the development and implementation of enterprise solutions. * Designing and developing solutions on the Power Platform. * Serving as a technical reference or Technical Leader, mentoring Power Platform teams, conducting project reviews, and defining technical standards and best practices. * A solid background as a software developer, with hands-on development experience prior to assuming technical leadership roles. * The ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, translating requirements into technical solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. * Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure, and AI solutions is a plus.
