Collaborate on IAM policies and network access control solutions We are looking for a Senior Network Security Consultant to join our team. You will design and implement end\-to\-end network infrastructure automation capabilities that are aligned to the strategic goals of the business and IT. **Responsibilities** * Design and implement secure network architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption technologies * Implement ZTNA\-aligned security policies through discovery\-led access analysis to strengthen zero trust network access controls * Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards, and assist in audit processes as needed * Conduct regular security assessments, including penetration testing and vulnerability assessments, to identify and remediate potential security risks * Support and troubleshoot enterprise networking technologies, including routing, switching, VLANs, subnetting, WAN connectivity, DNS, DHCP, and network segmentation * Adhere to enterprise governance, review processes, and established project implementation frameworks to deliver project goals and deliverables in a structured and consistent manner * Follow enterprise ITSM and CMDB processes to maintain accurate documentation and structured service management * Monitor and analyze security alerts using Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools and respond to security incidents in a timely and effective manner * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to develop and enforce identity and access management (IAM) policies and network access control (NAC) solutions * Stay abreast of the latest security threats, industry trends, and best practices to proactively enhance the organization's network security posture **Requirements** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field * A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in network security, with a strong understanding of network security fundamentals, encryption technologies, and secure network design principles * Proficiency in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise firewalls, including Cisco and Palo Alto Networks platforms, with experience in security policies, NAT, routing, VPNs, and operational support * Experience with Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and Internet Access (ZIA), including administration, policy management, troubleshooting, and secure access enablement * Strong networking experience, including TCP/IP, routing protocols, switching, VLANs, subnetting, network troubleshooting, and a solid understanding of enterprise LAN/WAN environments * Experience with intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM tools, log analysis, traffic flow discovery, and security incident response * Excellent problem\-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders * Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher) **Nice to have** * Cisco Certified Network Professional/Expert in Security certification demonstrating advanced network security expertise * Zscaler Digital Transformation Administrator certification for advanced Zscaler platform administration * Zscaler Zero Trust Certified Associate certification validating zero trust architecture knowledge * Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate or Professional certification for security operations expertise * Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA) certification * Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) certification * Check Point Certified Security Administrator (CCSA) certification * Check Point Certified Security Expert (CCSE) certification * A recognized network security certification, such as CISSP or CompTIA Security\+ **We offer** * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000\+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award\-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
