Position Summary: Management Control Analyst for a logistics operator, providing information and analysis to support decision-making, assisting management and maximizing results. Participation in Business Cases and compliance with audits JOB SEARCH \- SENIOR MANAGEMENT CONTROL ANALYST (RETIRO AREA) HYBRID 3x2 View Quality Consulting is seeking a Management Control Analyst to join the team of a major logistics operator located in the Retiro area. The position aims to contribute information and analysis to support decision-making, assist management, and maximize company performance. Main Responsibilities: * Analysis of business results. * Monitoring and analysis of causes of budget variances and fluctuations. * Preparation of management reports. * Analysis of special cases upon request from Management and Executive Leadership. * Participation in the development of Business Cases, validating their underlying logic and providing critical insight on new business initiatives. * Compliance with Internal Audit requirements and management controls. * Generation of reliable and timely information to facilitate decision-making and identify improvement opportunities. Candidate Requirements: * Advanced students or graduates in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Accounting knowledge and experience/knowledge in Management Control. * Analytical, proactive profile with self-management capability and tolerance for pressure. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is highly valued. * Basic knowledge of Power BI. * Experience in logistics, transportation, or port companies is a plus. Working Conditions: * Location: RETIRO, CABA * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Work Mode: Hybrid, with three days per week onsite. * Benefits: Family health insurance and cafeteria service on onsite days.
