This role requires regular integration of artificial intelligence tools throughout the development lifecycle while maintaining technical judgment regarding solution quality, security, performance, and maintainability. The client you will work for operates in the banking sector and follows an office attendance schedule of 1–2 days per week at their office located in Chacarita, CABA. ###### **️ Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Analyze requirements and participate in refinements alongside Business, QA, and other developers. * Design, develop, and maintain microservices and REST APIs using .NET 8 or later. * Make technical decisions and evaluate architectural, implementation, and performance trade\-offs. * Implement integrations via APIs, events, queues, or messaging platforms. * Design and optimize models, indexes, queries, and operations in SQL Server and MongoDB. * Develop unit and integration tests, ensuring maintainable and testable code. * Diagnose and resolve performance, integration, and production issues. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team standards and practices. * Work with continuous integration and deployment pipelines. * Document technical decisions, contracts, components, and integrations. * Use AI during analysis, development, refactoring, testing, review, and documentation. * Critically validate AI-generated outputs, considering security, privacy, architecture, and quality. * Collaborate with the team and autonomously fulfill agreed-upon commitments. ###### **What We Expect From You** * More than 5 years of experience developing backend solutions using .NET technologies. * Recent hands-on experience with .NET 8 or later. * Proven experience designing and developing microservices and REST APIs. * Solid understanding of distributed architecture, integration patterns, and error handling. * Advanced experience with SQL Server. * Experience working with NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB. * Experience developing unit and integration tests. * Knowledge and application of SOLID principles, design patterns, and best practices. * Experience with Git, pull requests, branching strategies, and code reviews. * Experience with Docker. * Regular use of AI tools applied to development, including the ability to review and correct their outputs. * Autonomy, critical thinking, and strong communication skills. ###### **AI\-First Capabilities** We expect candidates to demonstrate: * Use of developer assistants or agents such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent tools. * Ability to provide context, define instructions, and decompose tasks for effective AI collaboration. * Application of AI in analysis, implementation, refactoring, test generation, documentation, and code review. * Verification of outputs through testing, static analysis, and technical review. * Identification of hallucinations, vulnerabilities, incorrect dependencies, or solutions incompatible with the architecture. * Responsible use of data, code, credentials, and sensitive information. * Ability to decide when to use AI and when to solve a task without it. ###### **Bonus Skills** * Kubernetes. * Kafka or other event messaging and processing technologies. * Apache NiFi. * CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or Jenkins. * SonarQube or other code quality analysis tools. * Observability via logs, metrics, and distributed tracing. * Experience working in hybrid cloud/on\-premise ecosystems. ###### **How We Work at Nonconformist** We value people who… * Are autonomous, responsible, flexible, and embrace change. * Promote continuous feedback, active listening, and value diversity. * Collaborate as a team and share knowledge to build better solutions. * Question assumptions, propose ideas, and turn concepts into action—blending creativity with real-world impact. ###### **Our Benefits** * OSDE corporate health plan (for you and your family). * One additional week of vacation. * Birthday day off. * In-house yoga classes. * In-house English classes. * Home, auto, and motorcycle insurance partnership. * Travel insurance partnership. * Opportunity to work with market-leading clients. * Hybrid work model. ###### **If You Think This Is a Match...** We look forward to your application!
