Joining YPF means becoming part of a project combining experience, passion, and the energy required to keep building our future! **What are we looking for?** A reporting analyst with experience in preparing and/or reviewing financial statements to join the team responsible for preparing YPF’s financial statements; responsible for consolidating YPF Group’s financial statements, leading IFRS implementation projects, coordinating accounting matters with other areas/departments, analyzing equity and results variances, preparing presentations for YPF’s Board of Directors and Committees, and internally reporting financial information to support decision-making. **What do we value as differentiators?** * Education: Graduates in Public Accounting or Business Administration. * Language: Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. * Knowledge: * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of IFRS standards. * Familiarity with automation tools such as Power Automate or similar is desirable. * Communication skills and interpersonal relationship management. * Required experience: * Minimum two years of experience in similar roles/tasks. * Experience at Big Four firms is desirable. **What will be your main challenges?** Develop expertise to contribute effectively to the area and identify improvement opportunities to maximize efficiency and quality of outcomes. **Position Information** * Work location: Puerto Madero * Work schedule: 4x1 rotation * Willingness to travel: No If you are someone who: * Works with excellence and professionalism. * Gives your best every day, values meritocracy, and always strives for the extra mile. * Views challenges as opportunities to innovate and learn. * Enjoys teamwork and exchanging diverse perspectives. * Approaches projects with passion and commitment. * Promotes a positive work environment built on empathy, active listening, and respect.
