Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst for a clinical research clinic, responsible for account analysis, transaction recording, cash flow management, wire transfers, tax reporting, and physician payments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Bank account analysis and bank reconciliations 2. Recording transactions in the Tango system and preparing cash flow statements 3. Preparing wire transfers and controlling payments to suppliers Our client, a prominent clinical research clinic located in CABA, is looking for an experienced Public Accountant to fill the role of Senior Accounting Analyst. Experience in the healthcare industry is highly valued. Main responsibilities include: * Account analysis and bank and general ledger reconciliations. * Recording transactions in the \-Tango system * Preparing cash flow statements * Preparing supplier wire transfers and monitoring executed payments * Preparing tax information for submission to the accounting firm * Calculating and processing physician payments (ICA) Requirements: * Graduate Public Accountant or nearing graduation * Minimum two years of verifiable experience in similar roles; experience in the healthcare industry is preferred. * Familiarity with accounting systems and tax applications, including ARCA portal usage.
