Opportunities for growth and continuous learning We are looking to hire an **Accounting Analyst** to join our **Finance** team at **ESAB Argentina**. The person in this role will be responsible for recording and analyzing accounting transactions, performing account reconciliations, supporting monthly and annual closings, and ensuring accurate expense and revenue allocations. They will also provide support in preparing financial reports and complying with accounting and tax regulations. We seek analytical, organized, detail-oriented profiles who enjoy teamwork and wish to develop within a dynamic and professional Accounting environment. **Responsibilities** * Proactively and independently conduct ongoing review of outstanding reconciliation items, ensuring their proper resolution and documentation. * Accurately record and document accounting entries, ensuring information traceability. * Prepare financial statements. * Support and assist internal and external audits. * Propose and implement improvements to accounting processes, focusing on efficiency, result quality, and optimization of time and resources. * Apply and maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations, supporting compliance with fiscal obligations. **Requirements** * Advanced students or graduates of Public Accounting. * Proficiency in SAP and Excel. * Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP accounting standards. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within the accounting area. * Intermediate English.
