Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure optimal operational performance of HFC and FTTH networks through corrective and preventive interventions, leading teams and planning tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure optimal operational performance of HFC and FTTH networks 2. Lead and manage teams, planning daily tasks 3. Respond to customer emergencies and monitor material consumption Applicants must have experience: - EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD. - PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT. - TASK AND OBJECTIVE TRACKING. - SYSTEM OPERATION AND READING. - DAILY TASK PLANNING. - CREATION OF WORK CREWS. - MATERIAL CONSUMPTION MONITORING AND TRACKING. - 24-HOUR RESPONSE TO CUSTOMER EMERGENCIES.
